Summary: Makes ripples on the sides and back
Comment: I bought this a while ago and I've put it on 4 times. I'm 5'0" and 105 lbs with a small frame. My problem is I had gained some weight around the middle some time ago that has resulted in a noticeable bulge and loss of definition on the back and rear areas. I'm an xs and hover between 0 and 2, but I'm very self-conscious about my middle. So I bought this girdle in hopes of cinching in some shape. The size I have is P.
The good points: this girdle took my waist in by a lot and when I looked on the front view, it definitely looked like an hour glass shape.
The bad points: there were rolls in the material in the back and in the sides. The tightest point in the middle (the narrowest area of my waistline) has a very distinct cinch that's resulted in a deep line surrounded by raised areas. Think of a balloon: imagine putting a stick in the middle and notice how the areas next to the stick will raise up and around the stick (Sorry I couldn't think of a better example -_-).
Because I usually wear silky tops that are formfitting (like Bebe "Amanda" style shirts), I can't use this girdle and not have the rolls underneath show. I love the hourglass shape, but it's just not smooth enough for me - and I imagine if it rides up in the back, it will create more rolls. Also, I have a short torso and the top of the girdle irritates my bust. It goes underneath my bra's underwire and pushes the bra up and out in a weird way.
Perhaps I didn't buy the right size and thats just the problem. I'll look into it (when I am not broke) and update this review.

Comment: I am a 53 y.o single woman and been working out for the past 2 years.Beside working out to be as healthy as I can be, I want to be fine and have the perfect stomach and waist line. My daughter told me about squeem and I order it on amazon web site. I was so excited and put it on right away. Well I got the waist line and stomach I have been looking for and man did it look good on me. It pulled my core in so tight it made me walk with a strut (smile). I love it and so did all of the stares I recieved from men and women. I hope that squeem will perfect this and make it without the hooks (which shows on form fitted tops).

Comment: This product and 'Lauren Silva' deliver what they promised. I am naturally thick waisted but with this waist cincher my waist is so small and my back fat is none existent! Even in a regular t-shirt and jeans ensemble, I look great. Thank you Squeem and Lauren Silva! :o)
