Comment: i'v used this juicer only a few times. i love it. it's the simplest manual wheatgrass juicer. it's extremely easy to assemble and take apart (for cleaning). from the first time i laid eyes on it, i knew it's a keeper. it's proper stainless steal which makes it super durable. it's a once in a lifetime purchase that will probably last for a lifetime. i highly recommend it!

The juicer is top notch quality throughout. All heavy duty and high quality stainless steel parts. Cleanup was a breeze and juicing wheatgrass was near effortless. After having this item in my hands and using it, I would have gladly paid more.

Comment: I bought one of these and what a disappointment! Although the item is very solidly constructed, it cannot extract juice from fruit or vegetables worth a damn. I have not tried wheatgrass in it, and I won't (don't even like wheatgrass), but I bought it based on reviews here where people say it easily extracts carrot juice and other vegetable juices. It most certainly does not! I got about 1 teaspoon of juice per carrot and a lot of moist, minced carrot out the other end. Putting the minced carrot through again did not result in any more juice. Compared to my old electric juicer (now retired), it produces about one tenth of the juice. So be warned! Maybe this unit works well with wheatgrass, which may help bind the central auger and squeeze the contents, but with veges like carrots, and fruit like nectarines, it performs extremely poorly.
One last comment: after you have finished "juicing" you have to remove the fine metal grill inside for cleaning. This is easier said than done, and I had to use pliers to remove it because of the food matter that stuck between the grill and the unit body. Also, the juice drips from 3 holes that are very close to the end spout, so you need a tiny dish to catch the juices and another for the pulp that falls out of the end. If you have no tiny dishes, you may be out of luck with this.
