I recommend it for anyone who wants to improve his/her upper body strength and fitness. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Product! Comment: I was looking for a way to get this kind of an upper body workout without having to permanently mount a pull-up bar in my apartment... and this product did the trick! It's a great product... does, for the most part, just what it says it does. The only issue would be that it is not really practical for the tricep dips like it says it is. I give 5 stars for the pull up bar and subtract one because the ab straps are difficult to use effectively.
