Summary: A Welcome Tool Shed Accessory
Comment: Over the past few years I have accumulated a variety of Black & Decker 18 volt powered tools. Needless to say, the accompanied plug in chargers take their sweet time bringing the battery to full power. On average the batteries have required almost 4 hours before reaching full charge.

The Black & Decker 9.6-18V charger has been a welcome surprise. It completely recharges batteries in about 2 hours or less. This nicely weighted accessory is a time saver and a worthy investment that has more then paid for itself. I own two of these units and highly recommend this product.

Comment: This charger seems to be good. It mounts on the wall and is extremely fast charging 18-volt B&D cordless battery packs. I just hope it lasts longer than the original charger did.

Comment: So far this product has performed as advertised. I am extremely satisfied with the drill motors themselves and have purchased other tools utilizing the same 18 volt battery. So far, all 4 of the chargers that have come with these tools has failed and failed quickly. That is why I offer the caveat 'so far' (1 month of use)
