Summary: Be wary of buying online older games from other users other than amazon
Comment: I would buy at local video game store if you can, otherwise be very wary of buying older used games from another source other than, my personal favorite, Amazon.

Summary: Death Wail of the NES
Comment:

Yes, children, there used to be an 8 bit system called the NES. By the time Kirby was released on it, the SNES had taken over, with its superior graphics and sound.

But Kirby is a labour of love. Rather than make some piece of trash as the last great NES game, the makers polished it and polished it until you can almost see your face in it. The graphics stretch the 8 bit format to its absolute limit. This is the aesthetic equivalent of painting the Lord's Prayer on a grain of rice - the beauty is that of working WITHIN the limitations. Kirby himself is a beautiful vibrant pink, the worlds he passes through are delicious lime greens, ice blues, chocolate browns - the rich colours do not attempt to emulate 16 bit, but instead try to make 8 bit as beautiful as possible

Likewise the sound. Kirby makes the cutest "ooh" and squeaking noises; the music is well-composed and works wonderfully within the confines of an 8 bit synthesiser.

The gameplay is also polished, with an intuitive beauty to the controls. It's a finger dance to play this game - an experience of control and aesthetics that few games can match.

Farewell, little NES! Maybe you will be reincarnated in a future century...

Summary: cute killing action
Comment: This is not your ordinary household puffball. This is one bad son of a gun. Sure, you think he's adorable and you want to cuddle him. But be warned: many people think the same way about koala bears. And what happens when you try picking one of those up? That's right. And the same thing might happen to you with Kirby.

Kirby is one dangerous boy/man/puffball/lady whatever. You should know just by looking at him that he's capable of something angry. He's cute and cuddly on the outside but on the inside it's a whole other story. He's a vicious creature. You think you know him, you don't. What would possess Nintendo to create such a monster? Maybe revenge, for players everywhere becoming angry whenever they lost a life playing one of their games, and therefore throwing their controller in anger and breaking it. But then Nintendo would be making money that way when players returned to buy another controller, so Kirby's creation must be some kind of secret Nintendo undercover behind closed doors genius operation.

Think about it. Kirby was meant to fade away with time. His popularity was meant to hang around for a couple years, and then when the NES went out and the Super NES came in, Kirby should have disappeared. But he didn't. He continued to appear in new adventures with Nintendo's new video game systems and he became a survivor, and he's still going strong 15 years later. It wasn't supposed to happen. How could it happen? Nintendo is about ready to release another video game system. I think next year. Will Kirby make an appearance on that system? I think he will. It gives me chills to think about the things Kirby is capable of. He won't go away. This wasn't meant to happen. Nintendo created a monster and now it's out of control.

So as you see Kirby is not such a friendly puffball. It's all a disguise. Nintendo knows it, and you should know it too. Damn you Nintendo!

As for this game, it's a lot of fun. It's Kirby before he turned into a monster children the world over became frightened by. Do not make the mistake of thinking he's innocent. Buy this game anyway, and remember a time when Kirby was friendly and lovable and gave video game players a pleasant after taste. He's Kirby, he packs a mean punch, and I do mean mean.

This isn't a very expensive game so you should buy it. No one thought it would happen, but Kirby lives on. Pick up this adventure to return to an innocent time.

Summary: Great All Around Entertainment
Comment: This is one great game that truly defines what it means to be a game for "all ages." Everyone, even those who don't play video games, will appreciate this game. Kirby is basically some sort of creature that goes around killing enemies. Sounds like any other game. But it's the juxtaposition of cool sound effects, sublime graphics, and gripping storyline that makes Kirby such an awesome game.

No doubt about it, this is one game that is definitely required in a Nintendo game library, right along classics like Zelda and Mario.
